This was my weigh-in yesterday, Monday(30/10/2023)and is the heaviest I have been in a loooooooong time.
Losing people just puts your mind into a negative state and only time helps to get you focused again.
People will also let u down in your time of need which adds to the negativity you have to endure but eventually you will push through all that like I am about to do :)
