Lordy lordy goodbye 140s...Yes! :)
139.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Okay all you wonderful people I just want you to remember I had been ill last week and I didn't have an appetite that could have assisted me also.. But still Im soooooo excited ill or not Im jumping around like a crazy nut....well if the shoe fits ha ha!
