Sure I think you can do that! I’m working on similar goal. I want to get to 160 from 175 in 2023. We can do it. It’s only 10/10.

I think you're doing great but don't put too much on yourself if you found something that works I would just stick with that. After all the holidays are always stressful there's always things that come up and you've been doing fantastic. Why put undue stress on yourself if it's not necessary after all we're only talking a couple months what's the rush? I support your push if that's what you think is in your best interest I just don't see the need to push yourself unduly when you've been doing so well. Whatever your decision will be I wish you the best. 😀

Thank you, ladies. Leah_guffey, I am not going to do much different except track my food and exercise which I haven't been doing but need to. :)

I'm a big fan of tracking because it helps keep up with Marcos such as protein and the minerals I worry about like calcium while keeping a record for me to use for later. That's so nice for people like me that they're crazy busy and just don't remember what they eat it's also the reason why I take pictures of my meals so if my doctor asked me what I've eaten lately I can just refer back and say hey this is what I ate.
