Just finished 1st week of 21 day fix. Whew! It kicked by butt but it was so worth the results so far. Down 5 lbs and 5 in all over. I have followed plan to a "T". The meal plan is so easy and filling. I love the portion control containers and not counting calories. The DVDs are 30 min- so hard for me. But I love the whole plan. For the first time in a long time I know I can do this!!
183.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 5.8 lb a week

Hello Cindy.. my name is Cindy also and welcome to this site you will truly love it here so many wonderful supporters. I also have been doing Zumba but Im following the new atkins..so low carb.. for my intake and its working well for me. That's a great loss and you should be so proud of yourself. Great job! I love the 21 day fix exercises. I've been toying with doing the plan for 3 weeks.

Thanks all! And Suzi you should do the plan. I really love it! I will add I do not do the Shakeology as they recommend (costly) but I do make a whey protein shake in morning with a serving of fruit. I feel satisfied, not like I'm starving myself. The container system is easy too. I've done WW and calorie counting and this is just easy.

i have just been using some whey protein this week that has been sat in cupboard, first time for me i never used before...wow it doesn't half fill you up. i was a bit lush adding in strawberries, natural yog and almond milk, but it kept me going for about 6 hours not a hunger pang in sight, which for 244 cals is a great meal replacement
