DRL5's Journal, 28 March 2015

Having difficulty with the exercise portion of this challenge. Yesterday only was able to do stretches for about 5 minutes. Today I'm determined to get on the treadmill even if it's only for 5 minutes. I hope everyone else is doing great. Will check in on Monday again!
197.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Try to maybe get up early and push yourself to workout or maybe at night. I have a 1 yr old and she can make it hard for me to workout, but I just try to work around it.
