after my husband passed away a year ago i just couldnt focus on my weight and have put masses on. didnt dare weigh self as knew it would be bad news. a year on i finally dared to face the horror... very depressing. so i got stuck in and its proving ultra hard slow work. but i am focusing on eating healthily to help with cholesterol and asthma and generally feeling less heavy and slothful. the truth is you have to be in the right mind set to keep on track and now you have posted maybe you are ready again. take every day as a new day. you arent alone with this confounded problem of there being more of you than you want there to be. you can do it.

Hi Chestnut64, Thanks for your kindness and support. You too will go down on your weight, I am sure of it. Back to boarding work now. Still needs must. I'm down to 4 days now, and all my Fridays off it will help me a lot. Have a lovely evening. Merry Mel 😍

just keep chippong away slowly, think of it as a lofestyle change rather than a diet. i try and remember it took more than a day to gain it it will take more thn a dy to lose it. take each day on its own merit dont let a bad day throw you off and try and stay consistent...small consistent changes add up over time
