Today was a pretty good day. I ate 1 packet of instant oatmeal for breakfast. I ate something else but I don’t remember what it was. For a snack I ate 1/2 serving of mini rice cakes and a banana. For lunch I ate a salad, turkey, eggplant, and white beans. For dinner I ate a banana and some roasted peanuts. I went to the gym and worked out. I did 45 minutes on the elliptical. Burned 650 calories. Feel good.
269.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 99.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
