For my sins, this is actually the three-week low. But this is my year of menopause, so I’m trying to approach it in a spirit of curiosity rather than judgment.
Still, back to daily logging.
171.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
