I guess that I shouldn't have had the bowl of ice cream last night. but it was sooo good. Next time, I will only have half. lol.
155.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 15.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.5 lb a week

That lil' food conversation in your head is the killer. If you can shut that voice out then you can win the war, but that is the daily battle. I know for me, the higher the level of stress the less likely I will win those battles.
