Still fluctuation usually between 147-149. However I started another Dietbet today, I'm going to start eating my salads every day for lunch, and I am also starting the Advocare 10 day cleans either Sunday or Monday. I'm really hoping the cleanse will kick start me to get my eating habits back on track. I really need to focus on my nutrition since I really am not working out as intense as I have in the past.

I'm really so happy that I was really on point with tracking my food and weight last year. It makes it so much easier to look back and notice patterns with my eating and my weight loss. Looking back, I did lose a pretty significant amount between October-November, up to Thanksgiving, and that was the time period where I ate my mason jar salads every day. Clearly eating salad works!
