Gained a little this week. But I got a good report at the diabetes doctor. My A1c is now 6.0 thanks to Mounjaro and a 30 pound weight loss this past year. :)

202.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb. Still to go: 27.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

Good job!!!!! I lost 40 pounds and went from 6.8 to 5.4. Diet and exercise does help!
