Holding firm. no change. im still not eating enough. I need to break this stall again. funny how I do good for a week then stall for 2 or 3. I guess in the long run its coming off. just in strange patterns.
154.7 lb Lost so far: 23.3 lb.    Still to go: 9.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hey as long as you are not going up it is all good. Perhaps try like 5 or 6 tiny meals

ive been doing 2 protein drinks and a meal. I have been finding im not finishing my shake in am and sometimes dont even take my dinner one. but I will have my snack random times of day. apple, nuts, yogurt cheese or something. normally I have my morning shake gone before I get to work. im still drinking it now. goodness. I'll get it going again soon I hope.

You'll make it Niki :) Our bodies have probably always had these strange gain/loss patterns but we just never focused on it like we are now in hot pursuit of a drop!
