I have to try had harder and stay positive to continue my weight loss at a reasonable rate.
153.2 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks HCB, I have made up my mind to do better, only trouble is we have a family get together today for my birthday also. I am sticking to small portions.
