Nikihampton's Journal, 15 March 2015

Well. I did really good till last night. I'd had some stress and called some girlfriends to get me out and ended up eating Mexican. I ate the whole super burrito. I cut it in half so I wouldn't but.... i knew I'd gain a little back after that but it's not bad. I'll be ok. We did go bowling after and had lots of fun. So here's to being good again today and to swaring off men. Lol. Think I can do without that mess much easier than no Mexican food. Haha
154.4 lb Lost so far: 23.6 lb.    Still to go: 9.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Mexican always gets me too, it is so yummy! Probably would have been worse had you not got some exercise afterwards. New Day!
