- All other goals unchanged.

Back to work today. Interested to see how my calorie intake fares under pressure. Thank you for all the support FS🥰.
133.4 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 23.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Feeling exhausted. Will be going over calories slightly today. But still managed 3/4 so going to draw a line under it. Tomorrow is a new day.

I like this micro focus Suma. It's a great idea to help get you back on track. A short, sharp shock to reset.

It’s definitely a shock Anne. To find out how comfortable I’ve become with excess calories. Will jump on the scales shortly and set today’s goals.
