I am so proud to have lost 3 lb this week. I've been so busy with work that it was both a struggle and a relief to get to the gym each night. Luckily eating only 1450 calories a day hasn't been TOO hard. Can't wait to lose the other 14 lb!
147.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 13.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 29 July 2011:
1444 kcal Fat: 43.21g | Prot: 85.99g | Carb: 182.19g.   Breakfast: banana, 2% Reduced Fat Milk with DHA Omega-3, Shakeology - Chocolate. Lunch: dill relish, frenchs yellow mustard, Whole Wheat Hoagie Rolls, jumbo smart dog. Dinner: Crushed Red Pepper, Peanut Oil, fat free less sodium chicken broth, soy sauce less sodium, onion, peppers, monterrey mushrooms, boneless skinless chicken breast, brown rice. Snacks/Other: chia seeds, chia seeds, large egg, imperial stick butter, organic sugar, baking soda, banana, whole wheat flour, 1% chocolate milk, body fortress whey protein, ground flaxseed, plain nonfat yogurt. more...
