Weight has stayed the same. Guess I am at a plateau already. LOL. I've been reading on low carb's and weight loss; but have started following the Mediterranean cuisine a little more closely. I've been keeping up with the exercise. I have been neglecting logging my food however.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
