I haven't looked at my weight or what I've been eating since I got a new puppy. I've gained a few lbs as a result. My clothes feel tight and I feel sluggish. I keep telling myself to get it together and get going, but then I'm exhausted running after this sweet little dog that exercising sounds absurd! But here I am, tight clothes.
149.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
