Ok my week end of poor eating yielded exactly what I feared but now I am back on my program now so I hope to drop what I gained and keep going towards my goal.
172.8 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 22.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Most of it is water weight, you'll get it off :-)

Agreed, some extra fiber and tons of water...it'll fall right back off :)
