I wonder why! You are a failure because you do not try! Look at what you put down for your food and then ask yourself why! You may as well eat fried chicken & mashed potato with lots of gravy... everyday. Eating healty food is useless if you have no goals and continue eating tons of fat containing products...SUGAR is you enemy! Good Luck

Getting your nutritional intake JUST RIGHT is the hardest thing to do. Why do you think there are thousands of diet programs??? Most are short-term and some are crazy unhealthy. I would recommend 40/30/30 (carbs/protein/fat0 to start and slowly do 45/35/20. Get your protein up. Your protein MUST be high quality. If you need to supplement your daily intake with shakes and bars they MUST contain undenatured protein you are wasting your money. Get away from processed foods, white rice and white bread. I would also recommend safe healthy cleanse/detox for many reasons. Visit my website www.letsgo-ya.com for more information including HIIT programs.

I ran across your posting by accident. I just wanted to encourage you! It took me 11/2 years to talk myself into really dieting. In the past, I would say that I am dieting, but then I would always caved to sweets. After caving a few times, I would just give up all together. I found for me that F.S, Buddies, and prayers, God, and pure determination-has helped me (a lot!) Reminder- We are here for each other. :) Blessings, Ann

Thanks for all the comments. I know about quality protein and try to balance the carbs and fats...I also know I made a lot of poor choices this past week. The good thing is I was aware and not out of control...just some bad choices. I am still here and I will succeed.
