My cousin who is also on Ozempic warned me not to be disheartened by slight increases in weight. Today is weigh in and I gained a pound after following my diet plan to the letter. My attitude toward weight loss is still hopeful and I will not be discouraged my minor fluctuations. I'm in this for the long haul and I know I will be successful.
