Way to go! This stuff works. Started mid June (had been white knuckling caloric restriction prior to that. My bariatric clinic also provided me with a nutritionist and what a difference that made. I put off taking Oz for months, now I wish I hadn't as it totally took away food noise for me making sticking to the plan way easier. One tip he provided was to get rid of simple carbs and go towards low glycemic index ones. So I swapped white rice and white pasta for wild rice (which by the way was yummier as it has a nutty flavour) and whole wheat pasta. Can't say I love the ww pasta as its' texture is off. Best of luck to you!

I've been taking it over a year the first year I never changed my eating habits or drinking my Mt dew daily and still lost 21lbs but since I quit drinking my Mt dew all but one I lost 15lbs in a month but also started eating better than I was and yesterday I dropped my Mt dew completely and only ate 1,030 calories and fasted 16hrs and was not hungry like I thought I would be. so I am going to see how much more I can loose on it with no sugary drinks and eating better.

Hey Saran....Congrats on dropping the Mt Dew! That will give you 200+ calories to spend on real food (that's a lot of strawberrie!) You will likely find as you move away from pop and breading, and more towards proteins that your body will crave it less and less. These days I look at the caloric cost of different foods and decide that I'd rather pick cherries over a piece of white bread. Yay for you.
