Well, a 1.2 lb loss for the week. Still slower, but at least still losing. This new elliptical is a much tougher workout than the old one, so I'm hopeful that it's going to shake up my metabolism a little. I can still be down to 200 by my birthday, I feel, and if that means I need to push a little harder for a few weeks then that is what I will do. Today's dinner will be Italian Turkey Sausage, cooked with pasta sauce in the crockpot. Will probably serve it with salad and brown rice. Grapes have been my after dinner dessert of choice in recent weeks.
205.6 lb Lost so far: 27.4 lb.    Still to go: 35.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

October 20. That gives me a little more than three weeks to shed 5.6 lbs. Would have been easy a few weeks ago, but I've lost 3.6 lbs the last three weeks. It might be close, but I'm going to push it if I have to.
