Caught a bug that my wife contracted a couple of days ago, as a result I didn't get anywhere near my calorie goal yesterday. Lost over 2 lbs. so I expect to gain a little for tomorrow's weigh in.
197.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
