Back on FS. I have not eaten properly for weeks. Going to add veggies into my diet, drink more water, and cut out sourdough French bread from my diet. I also plan to start walking again. It's so hot here though, might substitute weight training on the super hot days. Day 1!
145.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
