Well Day one and 3 pounds gone. Probably just water but I'll take it. I did fine yesterday. No horrible cravings or anything yet. I went to the grocery store and bought some Atkins friendly food. I have plenty of stuff at work to eat and I cooked a great meal last night. I am not sure if this is a reward or a punishment, but in November I am going skydiving. I am excited/scared to death.
269.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 114.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Skydiving? Are you flippen nuts? Oh my, I give you big bonus points for that one. That is not something you'll ever hear from me. I hate heights. I don't even like being on the 2nd floor and being able to see the ground. Yikes. Oh, and by the way - congrats on the 3 pounds. Yipee.

Ha ha, I didnt mean to cut that so short. I was going to see how much I could lose between now & then. If I lose at the same rate I did last time I could be around 215 or less. I think you have to be under 240 to do it. I can't wait to see what a difference exercising will make. Of course I didnt get to do it this morning like I had planned. I stayed up way to late last night. I am going to skydive with a friend and possibly my sister and her husband. I have done the bungee swing thing at Six Flags and I ride all the roller coasters. I am afraid of hights too but I guess I am an adrenaline junkie.

Well I think that is a pretty good and attainable goal to work towards. I know you haven't been on for a while but Robert and I finally decided to make it official and after 15+ years we are getting married in October. I can't believe what a motivator this has been. Enough of me. I hope you know how happy I am you are back and am looking forward to watching your successes.
