Didn't work out as much as I should have. Ate bad food more than I should have. I am surprised that I lost anything. I was truly expecting a gain.
151.5 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 8.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 1.8 lb a week
