My goal is 142 lbs. at my current physical condition. I started an exercise program this week with the hope of generating more muscle mass so I may revise my goal in the future. Weight tends to fluctuate day to day a pound or so over or under 142 depending on what time of the day I eat and how much for each meal. Generally, breakfast is my largest meal and lunch my smallest. Yesterday I missed breakfast, a normal lunch, made up for the missed breakfast by snacking more in the afternoon, and purchased dinner. Restaurant meals are larger by quite a bit compared to making dinner myself so calorie count for dinner was twice the size of a normal dinner. I weighed 141.6 yesterday morning but 142.6 this morning probably due to the large late dinner.
