This week had really good days and really bad ones.. first time I skipped my at home workouts and traded them for frozen yogurt.. It's been an emotional week. I wanted to hit my goal of 69 kg for Saturday but I didnt put the effort into getting myself there. Next week I have a goal of 68, gotta put Extra work in!
