Been out of control since I went on vacation January 30th - let myself eat the things I wanted while on vacation - gained 15 LBS in 17 days sucks but had fun! Back now for 4 days now and hard to get refocused on my sub-goal again of 375LBS. Ate everything in the house last night and the damn girl scouts aren't helping my focus!
398.0 lb Lost so far: 87.0 lb.    Still to go: 98.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

hang in there....if today is a bad day, tomorrow can be a fresh start. Beware the girl scout cookies if that's part of the problem, they're killers.

A lot of that gain is just water weight. As soon as you get back on your regular diet you will see a big drop, you just need to focus your energy on weight loss again.
