I went grocery shopping hungry, after a dance lesson, so I thought a few snacks wouldn't hurt. Huh! I ate some of all my snacks last night. Geez!
146.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
