This week Failed all my Expectations .. Poor Diet Performance :(
238.5 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 29.1 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Yes, still more weeks ahead :) but also lots of weeks passed. I started my eating habits control over one year ago, exactly Dec 2013. Hope to get back to the 95 Kg soon :)
