Hey all? I just lost another Lb. This has to be the hardest lb that I ever lost! I want to loose more like 3 lbs a week!- Yeah right?:) LOL- No more wineries, No more Valentine's day! :)~Ann
162.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 18 February 2015:
1069 kcal Fat: 28.37g | Prot: 63.83g | Carb: 146.59g.   Breakfast: Pork Sausage Patty or Link, Oranges, Fried Egg without Fat. Lunch: Nature's Own All Natural 100% Whole Wheat Bread, President's Choice 0% Plain Greek Yogurt, Smart Chicken Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Fillets, Thai Kitchen Coconut Milk, Carrot Juice. Dinner: Kirkland Signature Greek Yogurt, Brown Sugar, Butternut Squash Soup, Butternut Squash Soup, Lettuce, Cherry Tomatoes, Wegmans Cooked Shrimp, Brown Rice. Snacks/Other: Unbuttered Popcorn Popped in Oil, Popsicle Fudgsicle, Healthy Choice Greek Frozen Yogurt - Raspberry. more...

Hi Ann, good job. A pound is a pound I'm so happy for you. Sometimes its so hard to lose that pound I can completely understand. You try and try but the scale won't move and then it does and it like a party inside your heart. Congratulations! mary ann
