Weighed myself on Sunday morning to see if I gain anything from my V-day meal... consisted of a grilled turkey sandwich on sourdough, potatoes, 1 beer, chocolate moose that we shared and mind you..i did not eat much of it. Also during the day I have a little too many dove dark chocolate. Happy to say I didn't gain an ounce.

I worked out both Saturday and Sunday morning. This morning I didn't get to work out since I am at my boyfriends place and I don't have a gym here. He does have a stationary bike but its stuck in our sun room and the ice on the ground is not letting us open the door. He is going to make the effort today to break the ice for me so I can use the bike indoors as a workout while I am at his place..

I really find it hard to be motivated to workout at home. I workout so much harder in a gym setting. Even if I am the only person in the weight room, I still work harder and get more done. At home, I just cant wait to get the workout over which. Also when the heat is on inside I hate working out as well... I can at least say I am starting to workout again!~

I agree: it's better for motivational purposes to joing and go to the gym. You're surrounded by others doing the same, while at home, there are too many distractions.

I catch up on episodes of my fave syfy shows..helix last night! The time flys and I keep a steady pace. My other go to home workout is some yoga, it's a preset routine so you can't bug out early, requires no equipment, and helps keep you limber and relaxed. It's a must for me because we have such a long winter so I had to change my mindset. Hear you about the gym though, I try to guess everyone's occupations lol.

I know what you mean, it is hard to get to the gym in the winter-Sunday was crazy cold and windy so I did a workout at home- I felt like I was doing nothing and today I am actually pretty sore. I did some legs and abs. If I cannot make it to a gym like this whole week- I have to find a way to get in the mindset of working out at home. But you are all correct the gym really helps keep me motivated because there are others around. It really is a great community and you are capable of making friends with similar goals.
