Well, this is quite surprising, I was expecting my weight to go up a notch after all that sugar in. It seems the healthy food I eat each day counterbalanced it well.

I hope to start exercising from tomorrow. That should get me under 60 kilos quite fast. Thanks all for your support!
133.4 lb Lost so far: 34.4 lb.    Still to go: 1.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yesssss, indeed it does, but it surprises me, in a nice way of course. I still feel guilty that I didn't work out the past few days, but tomorrow, or another day of the week, I want to get back to it. I just watched this video and got my chin up :) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xoQ18hkoVBI
