Yesterday my 16 month old daughter was having a hard time breathing at 5a.m. My wife and I rushed her to the emergency room and she got prime treatment (which means she was in very bad shape). They worked on her for two hours and transferred us to another hospital.

All I can say is my stress level was through the roof and I ate what I ate (I wasn't going to log it but I did; it wasn't as bad as it could have been). My little one is doing better today and is out of the hospital. I did a solid run today to try and burn off the stress, I think I needed another 3 or 4 miles, what I wanted is for the stress to be replaced by a tired achy body.

Now it is time to get some lovin' from my daughter who is out of the hospital; you can't even tell that she had a brush with death.


174.2 lb Lost so far: 25.8 lb.    Still to go: 4.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
