I have been away on holiday. 1 week to house sit for my son, then last week to the very north of Scotland- this involved alot of driving, not me but my partner, and some walking. Wouldn't have missed it for the world, but the downside is the weight gain, not to worry we'll just try to do more physical activity.
184.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
