193.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Oh Clava... not really. The initial weight I recorded was based on my physicians scale. I wanted to change my initial weight based on the scale I will be routinely weighing myself on. So, it looks like I had weight loss, but I did/didn't (some of the weight loss had to do with the monthly bloating honestly). But for the most part, yes, I have lost 7 lbs since the end of December, begin of January. I notice my weight loss actually happens when I Honestly work on my diet and planning my foods. If I do not plan my foods -- I end up eating fast foods or either direct from the box foods and thus a weight gain.
