179.6 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Logging the food becomes a habit after a while. I find myself reaching for the same foods that I've had success with and are easy to log. To some, that may seem like a rut, but to me I call it a healthy habit. Your progress is great. Enjoy the journey.
