Well here is my weigh in, at least the scale didn't go up. I really have to work on my carbs and get them down if I want to see the weight move a little better.
It's a lovely day here I think I will work outside in the yard.
158.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 18.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
