Ok so I was hoping for a better loss, but 1 pound is better than no pounds. No more alcohol for me, and I have to add more protein, and less carbs. I do know where I am screwing up, so it is up to me to fix this.
162.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
