I have now learned a lesson on trying to get healthy without forming healthy habits. For now I will record everything I eat for next 3 months until I develop healthy habits.
304.9 lb Lost so far: 34.8 lb.    Still to go: 113.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
