So glad to see the drop! I am back!!!
132.6 lb Lost so far: 48.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks Glen! It was like watching the gory part of a horror movie this morning when I went to step on the scale! I DID NOT WANT TO LOOK! But sure glad I did. I know what to do, just a matter of consistently doing it. Made it to the gym last night and hit the elliptical hard, 3 miles, felt great. It is wonderful to take your children with you to the gym and see them working out along side of you. It is motivation in itself to do better.

Oh Yeah Sngglebnny! That is one of my favorites to Run to on the Treadmill! I am so glad no one can hear my playlist at the gym! Or my children for that matter!!! Haha, thanks!
