Whew Whoo!!! I lost 3.5 pounds this week on Mounjaro 15. And I have been tracking my food and exercise. That helps too. Thanks for all your support. :)
216.5 lb Lost so far: 18.5 lb.    Still to go: 41.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
