🎉🎉🎉 Milestone reached 🎉🎉🎉Today I stepped on the scales exactly 1/2 the woman I was in Nov 2021... and yes there were tears... SW - 148kg CW - 74kg 74kg gone in 77 weeks, no surgery, no fancy food, no secret weapon (apart from maybe the FatSecret app!!!)... Just a lot of re-education (ongoing), a supportive daughter and few close friends, and of course this FS community. Besides feeling healthier and fitter than when I was in my 30's, I'm also feeling pretty blessed 💯
