Yesterday was a bust. I didn't exercise or even stretch. Some days are like that, when I wake up so tired and achy that moving is difficult. But today is much much better. I plan to walk and maybe try pickle ball! I also will be out of the house so eating late at night won't be an issue. Next weekend is my dance studio's showcase. I'd like to feel good, i.e., thin! So I'm hoping to keep up the light eating and lots of exercise til then, and after.
