This past week has been up and down for me. One day I'm spot on with my eating and exercise and the next I'm struggling. What I've got to do is get back my backbone and tell myself no more often. I was doing so well and then my birthday came along and I lost my routine. Time to get it back!!!
365.6 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 205.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
