Hello and Happy Thursday FS!
No changes. I have kicked up my walking this week but no weight change. I’m averaging 3.9 miles in the last week per my phone.it’s been hot! But, we have had a nice breeze.
The weather guy mentioned a low in the Gulf next week so our rain chances may go up. We need it bad as we are in a drought.
