Yesterday my walk was longer, and my calories about the same. Still had chocolate, but also had a heavier lunch. So today I am trying to eat a little lighter, and continue to walk and workout. I gave my arms a break yesterday, so today is bicep, tricep, and other weight bearing exercises. Core, always. It's day 3 as I get myself back in shape for dance. I feel that by journaling my goals and such here, I am more inclined to keep them. So I'll try to add a few minutes to my walk and eat a light dinner.
