I have three months until my wedding. It's a big goal to lose 60 lbs, but I've finally made my mind up that I am up for the challenge. My diet and exercise habits are going to change significantly. Another personal goal is to have run 100 miles by my wedding date of October 15, 2011. I am excited for for change!!
